Tender Details

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Canoe Procurement Group of Canada (“Canoe”) to prospective proponents on behalf of its members, Rural Municipalities of Alberta (RMA), RMA Insurance Ltd, Canoe Benefits and Genesis Reciprocal Insurance Exchange (Genesis) for financial audit services. The firm(s) will be required to perform a full financial audit as further described in PART B - RFP Particulars (the “Deliverables”).

The intent of this RFP includes 4 components:

1) Audit of Rural Municipalities of Alberta financial records

2) Audit of RMA Insurance Ltd financial records

3) Audit of Genesis Reciprocal Insurance Exchange financial records

4) Audit of Canoe Benefits LP financial records

The successful consultant will also be invited to enter into an agreement for the Deliverables for Canoe Procurement Group of Canada current and future members.
