The agreement consists of working and then making a financial application available (now called "the IT performance"), including maintenance and support.
The IT performance is seen as a coherent whole of functionalities and therefore does not form merger. In addition, the complexity of management and maintenance in plots increases, which is undesirable with such an important system for the contracting authority. For this reason, the assignment is not split into plots.
The agreement is entered into for a period of at least 4 years and a maximum of 12 years. The commencement date of the initial term of the Agreement starts on January 1, 2027 Plus the implementation period that starts immediately after the signing of the agreement (mid -December 2025).
