The city of Pori is organizing a market dialogue to map out the service and system options of the financial and personnel administration (TAHE). The goal is to find out e.g. operating models, technologies and references available in the market before the preparation of the actual competition. In the preparation, it is taken into account that in addition to the city of Pori, group companies and/or may also participate in the procurement other municipalities. Answering the request for information is not a prerequisite for participating in the competition and does not affect the supplier's position in it. The facts presented in the request for information are preliminary and may change as the procurement preparation progresses. Received in the request for information the feedback will possibly be used in the preparation of the request for tender. PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE The client's target schedule is:- Information request notice in June 2026- Market dialogues will be carried out in the first phase during weeks 34 - 39 of 2026; after this dialogues can be held to continue as necessary.
