Financial and human resource management services and system package (2) The object of the acquisition is the financial and personnel management service and system complex of Tampereen Kaupunkiliken Oy. The procurement is divided into two areas as follows: 1) financial administration services and system and 2) HR services and system. The tenderer must offer both areas. The object of the procurement is a complete solution, which includes delivery of the systems, commissioning and ongoing services. The procurement is carried out as a whole and has not been divided into parts. The anticipated total value of the acquisition is estimated at 1 million euros (VAT 0%). The agreement is valid for a limited period of three (3) years from the approved commissioning, after which the agreement continues in force until further notice, unless it is terminated in accordance with the terms of the contract. OPTION The purchase includes as an option the service and maintenance system of Tampereen Kaupunkiliikenne Oy's repair shop. Offering an option is not mandatory, nor is not offering it failure to do so will have no consequences for the bidder. The option is compared separately and the subscriber also decides separately on its implementation. The option comparison is made based on the cheapest price. The subscriber is not obliged to acquire the repair shop's service and maintenance system on the basis of this tender, but the customer can, if he so wishes, also tender the system completely in his own tender.
