Task No. 1 - Resultant repair service of the MSS TENTAR 2 modular canteen set 1. The subject of the order is a service in the scope of final repair of the MSS TENTAR 2 modular canteen set in the amount of 2 pieces (including: basic order 1 pcs., optional order 1 pc.). 2. The requirements and detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and other tender documentation, which will be posted on the website of the conducted procedure. https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/2rblog. 3. The Ordering Party provides for the right of option in the proceedings in question. Under this agreement, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right, to an extent not greater than that specified in § 2 section 2. pattern contracts. The Ordering Party's exercise of the option right will be triggered by sending an appropriate notice to the Contractor in written or documentary form. The Contractor is not entitled to claim against the Ordering Party for optional deliveries. 1.
