Tenders are invited for Final External Evaluation of the Persepctives Program.
Founded in 1994, Sidaction organizes campaigns of appeal to the public generosity intended in particular for the development of projects of scientific research, information, prevention, accompaniment, improvement of the quality of life of the people affected by the HIV infection in France and internationally. In this context, Sidaction`s international programs support 30 associations in 2019, including 25 in West and Central Africa and 5 in Eastern Europe. These supports take the form of financial transfers via an annual call for projects, and technical support adapted to the needs of the partner associations.
Co-financed by Sidaction and AFD via a program convention, the PERSPECTIVES program (2017-2020) aims to help strengthen the structuring and sustainability of HIV / AIDS associations from 27 associations in 15 French-speaking African countries through the development of an individualized "à la carte" support methodology to develop associative expertise according to contexts and needs in the fields of associative structuring and the improvement of the quality of the care.
The overall objective of the final external evaluation mission of the program is to evaluate the impact of the partnership methodology developed by Sidaction in the Perspectives program with regard to the achievement of the initial objectives of the project: to sustain the structures supported, and improve the quality of the actions developed by these structures.
