As part of the final evaluation of its DGD 2022-2026 program, ASF seeks to carry out an overall evaluation of its program. At the end of a five-year program, the main objective of this evaluation is to assess the achievement of all outcomes at the end of the intervention. The evaluation will mainly focus on the criteria of relevance, coherence and effectiveness. The evaluation will cover all outcomes and intermediate results in four of the six countries of intervention of the program: Morocco, Uganda, Niger and the DRC.
