The Fine Market chain of stores announces a commercial tender for the purchase of Film for packaging machines. • The customer considers commercial offers only submitted within the E-Tender platform. Suppliers who submit bids in any other way will be blacklisted for all future bids purchases. • The customer does not consider offers from counterparties of any form of ownership, which have final beneficiaries in the Russian Federation and Belarus. • Only VAT payers are considered, accordingly, the price of the tender offer is submitted with VAT. • Tenders are conducted at the price of individual items. According to the price criterion, the customer determines the winner, at the lowest price of the tender offer. Taking into account the terms of payment. Preference is given to offers with a delay. • Shipment is by agreement with the customer, through the communication channel agreed with the customer. • Each of the participants will undergo an internal qualification selection of the Customer, which will directly influence the decision-making process. Preference is given to manufacturers. The Customer considers only offers from counterparties that provide certificates and other necessary documents. Purchases are made in accordance with the Customer's standard contract. in the case of the sale of a high-quality, suitable product, the purchase contract will be transferred to long-term cooperation. • DDP delivery (at the expense of the supplier: Kropyvnytskyi, Velika Vystavkova St. 34e) according to the address program. • Suppliers who did not fill out the RFI letter Appendix No. 2 - will not be considered when choosing a winner. • The customer reserves the right to cancel the purchase or make a decision without providing explanations or comments.
