Abstract: 6 head semi automatic in line gravity filling machine for filling free flowing product into a 5 litre PET Container. Speed in the region of 1, 000 containers/hour. Construction to be free standing, in stainless steel and food grade polypropylene.4 head automatic rotary capping machine. For capping a range of cylindrical bottles in glass and PET from 250ml to 2l. Capper to have a "pick and place" system for mainly 28mm plastic pre threaded screw caps also 28mm sports caps. On glass bottles a 28mm ROPP cap. Speed at 1 litre in region of 5, 000 bottles per hour. Construction to be in stainless steel. Machine to be fitted to existing bottling line.
