The WCM Foundation develops and supervises Open Innovation projects for its members, with the aim of realizing world-class maintenance and assets that can contribute to social developments such as the energy transition. One of the open innovation projects concerns Offshore4Sure (O4S); a project aimed at accelerating the regional energy transition and stimulating a sustainable blue economy through the demonstrations of five offshore renewable energy innovations in a collaboration between Flemish and Dutch technology developers, service providers andknowledge institutions. In order to properly implement the O4S project, WCM needs substantive and project management support.
