Description:

The objective of the assignment is to analyze collected qualitative and quantitative data on understanding of people-s justice needs and perceptions on access to justice for the purpose of baseline and to focus support areas under the project.
The company (contractor) is to:

In consultation with stakeholders develop the overall strategy, including refinement of the substantive issues, for the Assessment;

Creation of all tools to be utilized during the Assessment including the survey questionnaire and gender analysis tools;

Collect and analyses information based on the questionnaire and tools developed

Collect and analyses information based on focus group discussions, conducted interviews and document reviews;

Provide progress reports; and

Submit analysis and final reports of collected data (final report).
