Abstract: Wales and West Utilities provide the infrastructure to deliver gas safely and securely to 2.5 million homes and business across Wales and the south west of England. We don't sell gas, we transport it, and more than 7.5 million people in our network rely on us to do so.Our dedicated team manages a network of more than 35, 000 kilometres of gas pipes to make sure we continue to provide a safe and reliable gas supply 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This involves responding to gas emergencies, maintaining and replacing our gas network, and connecting new customers.Wales & West Utilities are seeking a new Field Service Management (FSM) solution for improved efficiency and productivity.
