The subject of the order is the supply of FIBRINOGEN concentrate to ensure continuity of treatment patients suffering from fibrinogen deficiency - hereinafter "coagulation factor", with the availability category Rp or Rpz, to direct recipients indicated by the National Blood Center (hereinafter NCK) - Regional Centers for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment (hereinafter RCKiK), on the terms specified in the content of the SWZ. 1. The subject of the order is the supply of FIBRINOGEN concentrate to ensure the continuity of treatment of patients suffering from fibrinogen deficiency - hereinafter referred to as "clotting factor", with availability category Rp or Rpz, to direct recipients indicated by the National Blood Center (hereinafter NCK) - Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Centers (hereinafter RCKiK), on the terms specified in the SWZ. 2. Total quantity (purchase quantity): 120 g. 3. Dosage proportions in each delivery - in accordance with SWZ. 4.
