THE EASTERN FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY DIVISION, OF THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION (FHWA), INTENDS TO PROCURE TESTING SERVICES TO DEVELOP BEST PRACTICE-BASED GUIDANCE FOR APPLICATION OF FIBER REINFORCED ASPHALT CONCRETE (FRAC). SCOPE WORK IS EVALUATING A TOTAL OF 8 CONCRETE MIXTURE - 4 FROM EACH FLH BRIDGE DECK PLACEMENT. PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT FOR SPECIFICATOINS, REQUIREMENTS, AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION RELATED TO TESTING, ANALYSIS AND REPORTING.
