The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to construct a fiber optic network outside plant (OSP) to support the Municipality of the County of Pictou-s (MOPC) fibre to the premise broadband network (FTTX). The intent of this RFP is to award to a single proponent to provide all required services to fully commission the OSP including supply and installation of strand, over lash backbone, feeder and MPT-s to strand, splice, test and remediate as required.
