I. Introduction:
A. The Benguet State University, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake Small Value Procurement for the above stated project, thus, inviting registered contractors with valid license issued and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB). The project aims to provide secure and durable fencing system around the BSU Covered Court to improve safety, security and controlled access. The work shall include the installation of fencing, gates, posts, framing, and necessary accessories in accordance with the approved plans, applicable standards, and safety requirements.
