The bidder must offer the entire quantity requested in the tender. Offers for only part of the requested quantity from the cost list will not be accepted consider. The bidder is obliged to offer and perform the service in question in such a way that it corresponds to all the conditions specified in the project terms of reference, procurement documentation, cost list and other attachments. The cost list is in an excel table, which is locked. The bidder is allowed to enter unit prices. Unit prices must include all costs and discounts without VAT.
