Description : The consultancy engagement will cover the following initiatives:
Feasibility Study
The Consultant shall prepare Feasibility Studies for the seven (7) identified sites of PNOC. The minimum activities for the Feasibility Studies are as follows:
● Provide the RE project sites mapping requirements for RE area verification by the DOE
● Conduct baseline study and develop technical feasibility assessments such as, but not limited to proposed system design, energy yield analysis, and interconnection options.
● Conduct distribution impact study
● Prepare Cost-benefit analysis
● Conduct financial projections, calculating financial indicators such as, but not limited to, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE), and payback period
● Conduct risk assessment to address technical, financial, policy and environmental risks.
