Tender Details

The purpose of this contract is to carry out a feasibility study for cycling developments in the territory of the Communauté de Communes du Plateau du Russey. The contract includes a firm phase relating to the carrying out of studies of feasibility of four sections identified by the community, and an optional phase relating to the carrying out of an operational study at AVP/PRO level on one of the sections resulting from the firm phase, which will be subsequently selected by the CCPR.The expected services include the analysis of technical, environmental, land and regulatory constraints, the proposal and comparison of development scenarios, the financial estimate, as well as the production of deliverables and restitutions planned in the program.
