1.2 The subject of the proceedings is the preparation of a feasibility study, architectural accessibility audits and design documentation, as well as providing author's supervision during the implementation of construction works based on the documentation developed as part of the task Mon. Renovation and construction works in the CAPOW building in Tczew, within the scope specified in Chapter 4 SWZ.4.2. The developed documentation will include the following implementation assumptions (assuming division into scopes): 1) Scope I - eligible, should include renovation rooms for the District Family Assistance Center in Tczew, including: a) on the ground floor: building no. 1: 6 offices, a workshop room, a training room, a social room, 2 toilets, corridors and floors in these corridors, a vestibule, entrance stairs and driveway for people with disabilities, construction of an entrance door in place of the existing window, replacement of the entrance door (including automatic doors, if possible), waiting room, if technically possible, building no. 2: 5 offices, meeting room for one-way mirror, secretary's office, social room, 2 toilets, corridors and floors in these rooms...
