BCIT is seeking a Prime Consultant team for provision of a mixed-use land assessment and feasibility study to support future development planning and establish an informed basis for determining the potential leasing value of the land near Lot Q. The study and associated schematic design will assess the site-s development opportunities, constraints, and overall feasibility to provide BCIT with a clear understanding of the site conditions and development potential. This information may be used to inform future leasing discussions and enable prospective developers or property trust partners to understand the site circumstances and the basis for the proposed lease value.
