object of the contract : feasibility studies for the redevelopment of a business park in the municipalities of moisselles and ezanville main features : the studies included in this contract aim to determine the conditions for carrying out a project to develop a mixed activity zone in the val d'ezanville sector, which today is made up of declining businesses and brownfields. And non-built areas. Thiszone of activities, of approximately 19 hectares, is located astride the municipalities of ezanville and moisselles. The design of a mixed project will make it possible to diversify the real estate offer where commercial activity has lost its dynamic. This mix remains to be defined and will be based on the following programming elements: trade, catering, leisure, activity (pme / pmi; craft industry), housing, if necessary, on a limited part of the site.
