Feasibility studies or selection of project ideas - The Technical Secretariat of the National Council of Education plans to develop a consultancy for the technical, contextual, documentary review and adjustment of the 6 drafts of documentation that They form the basis of the Vocational Technical Education and Training subsystem (SEFTP), for its articulation with the national planning instruments and its elevation to approval by the National Education Council (CONED). For the development of the consultancy requires a consultant who meets the following minimum qualifications and requirements: 1. Academic training: Master's or Doctorate in Education, Public Policy, Public Management, Strategic Planning or related areas, preferably with specialty or career in Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET). Verifiable knowledge of the National Qualifications Framework will be valued. 2. General Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Technical Education and Training Professional, and at least 5 years in public policy design or analysis. 3. Specific experience (desirable): ? Knowledge of the Honduran educational system and TVET. ? Experience in consultation and validation processes with multisector actors (government, private company, unions, international cooperation). ?
