The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out feasibility level studies on the development of new Bus Operational Centers (COB). The services provided within the framework of this framework agreement are intended to enable Île-de-France Mobilités to quickly position itself on the opportunity to acquire land for the construction of a new bus center. The expected services are Feasibility studies on sites identified by Île-de-France Mobilités or communities. This involves studying: the feasibility of installing the COB with regard to the characteristics of the site, its environment and regulatory constraints (exhaustive diagnosis of the site and its environment (physical, human, natural, landscape environment, regulatory constraints, etc.) with a view to identifying all the advantages and disadvantages for creating a COB), the sizing, organization and insertion of the COB (operation/maintenance/administration functions; storage capacity; refueling equipment; maintenance equipment; green spaces; etc.).
