The Government of Jamaica (GOJ) received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Foundation for Digital Government Transformation (FDGT) Preparation Grant and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the following consulting services. This consultancy is to assess records management, data governance, data sharing and related legal, policy, procedural and operational arrangements in five (5) agreed Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDA); identify gaps against relevant standards and good practices; and recommend practical Government-wide and MDA-specific actions to improve information governance, compliance, digitization readiness, secure data sharing and operational efficiency.
