The Government of Jamaica has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Foundation for Digital Government Transformation (FDGT) Preparation Grant and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the following consulting services. The consultancy is to develop a Digital Government Rapid Assessment and Action Plan (DGRAAP), which will assess institutional, technical, legal, data and capacity readiness for digital transformation in Five (5) agreed Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDA). The consultant will also identify dependencies for digital delivery; define priority actions for short-term results and longer-term development of the digital ecosystem; and recommend Ten (10) domain specific projects on interoperability and citizen engagement related to the delivery of existing high-priority public-facing Government Services through digital channels.
