(i) This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 15B61126Q00000019 is issued as a Request for Quotation for Project 26Z6AL5 Carbon Monoxide Detection Installation. Please read it and the Statement of Work in their entirety.
This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS for this requirement is 238290 with a size standard of $22 million.
(ii) The following items are required:
Design, supply, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning carbon monoxide (CO) detectors in compliance with the latest National Fire Protection Association that will be compatible with the current Fire Alarm System, the Edwards EST3 system at the Federal Detention Center, SeaTac, WA, as detailed in Attachment A - BRQ 15B61126Q00000019 and Attachment B - Statement of Work. All specified parts and materials must meet current industry standards.
(iii) This solicitation is expected to result in a single award, of a firm-fixed price contract, to a qualified and licensed contractor capable of providing all the necessary equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals to install carbon monoxide detectors. Far 52.212-2 Evaluation Factors (APR 2026) applies to this acquisition.
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
