FDC Honolulu is a federal facility located at 351 Elliot Street, Honolulu, HI. The project consists of the following:
-Removal, disposal, and replacement of a 25-ton Trane MCCA021 Air Handler Unit (AHU). The service will include all labor, Materials, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the removal, replacement, and restoration.
-All specified parts and materials must meet current industry standards. If proposing an alternative product, the contractor must provide detailed technical specifications, costs, installation requirements, and availability for review and approval. The government reserves the right to determine if the product is equal to or better than the specified item.
-Awarded contractor shall be a reputable company with a valid and current contracting license, federally vetted and approved, to install commercial permanent fences. If required, the contractor, including sub-contractor personnel, shall have applicable certifications or proof of experience detailed in public records, reflecting competency in executing such project.
