The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) McKean, Bradford, Pennsylvania, herein issues solicitation 15B20926Q00000012 for the requirements of: SUBSISTENCE & BREAD ITEMS 4TH QUARTER FY 2026. This solicitation is restricted, 100% Small Business. FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin JULY 1ST, 2026 and end JULY 24, 2026. Milk will require weekly deliveries, and bread items will require biweekly deliveries, with a period of performance of July 1ST 2026 - September 30TH 2026. By bidding on these items, you are confirming that you can make delivery within this timeframe. Any delivery that is not within this timeframe can be refused, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations.
