This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery date is ASAP UP TO 60 DAYS ARO. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex Warehouse, 1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single, multiple awards or no awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, which is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance, delivery schedule and price considered. Evaluation factors as prescribed by 52.212-2 will be applied for determination of winning bid. The solicitation will be made available on or about April 1, 2026, and will be posted to the General Services Administration-s Federal Business Opportunities website: https://sam.gov/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation.
