The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Sumuri for the FBI Los Angeles Field Office area. This requirement is for FBI Los Angeles area and will be awarded to Sumuri. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
