The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking interested vendors to provide services necessary to perform the removal/pickup/disposal of supermarket animal and fish by-products, fats and bones, chicken, pork, beef, lunch meat, fish and sausages from the Defense Commissary Agency commissary location(s) identified in the solicitation.
