By means of the rfp, natural resources canada (nrcan) is seeking proposals from bidders for a project to expand the knowledge of toxicity with aquatic plants, algae, and fish to establish effect concentrations for four priority lanthanides: lanthanum (la), cerium (ce), neodymium (nd) and yttrium (y). A proposed testing methodology has been provided in this requirement.
The contract period will be for 6 months, or until march 20, 2020. There are no security requirements.
