1.1. The Supplier undertakes, during the term of this agreement, to supply (transfer into ownership of the Buyer) products in the product range and volume specified in the specifications, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the products within the terms agreed upon by this agreement. 1.2. Delivery of each specific batch products, is carried out by the Supplier based on the Buyer's application. The application is agreed upon by the Supplier and the Buyer in the form of a Specification for each specific batch of products. The specification contains the name, assortment, quantity, unit of measurement, price, delivery condition, delivery time for each specific batch of products to be delivered. Specifications for each specific batch of products are an integral part of the contract. 1.3. The supplier guarantees that the products belong to him by right of ownership, are not mortgaged or seized, are not the subject of claims and are free from rights of third parties.
