The City of Greeley is issuing a Request for Proposals for the Farr Neighborhood Phase 1b Service Connections Relocation. The goal of the Farr Neighborhood Project is to transfer water service from existing backyard water mains and meter pits to water mains and meter pits inside city rights-of-way (i.e. within city streets) to allow for easier access to maintain the water utility as a whole. Installation of new waterlines and new meter pits within city rights-of-way will be completed by City Construction crews.
