Tender are invited for Provide all millwork and casework complete; Provide all plastic laminate tops, solid surface countertops, window sills, all back splashes, where indicated; Provide any trim including that to match existing. Prefinished by this contractor; All material shall be prefinished. Nail filler and touch up to be provided by this contractor; Provide all plumbing and electrical cutouts; Provide all cosmetic caulking, filler panels and scribing for countertops and cabinets; Provide all installation of all millwork, cabinets, countertops, trim, wall surfaces and corner guards.
Notes : A PRE?BID CONFERENCE & SITE TOUR will be held on Wed., July 11th, 2018 at 9 : 00 AM, at the jobsite located at 5909 Classen Court, Oklahoma City, OK. 73104.This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.Separate SEALED Bids will be received by CMSWillowbrook on behalf of the State of Oklahoma, Office of Management and Enterprises Services (OMES), no later than 2 : 00 P.M. on Thursday, July 26, 2018.
