The subject of the order includes conducting an in-depth diagnosis for the project "Support for the deinstitutionalization of foster care in the Konin subregion", implementation from September 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027, for children for 60 hours. As part of diagnosis requires the following specialists: 1. Neurologist 12 hours: completed medical studies, first-degree specialization in pediatric neurology, at least 2 years of professional experience.2. 20-hour psychiatrist: completed medical studies, first-degree specialization in child psychiatry, at least 2 years of professional experience.3. Neurospeech therapist for 5 hours: completed master's studies in speech therapy with additional specializations in neurospeech therapy.
