Tender Details

Organizing and conducting a support group at school (for GOPS social workers) 1. Training Principles of running support groups for 3 GOPS social workers in Milanów. Training duration: 16 hours. Training format: online. The training is aimed at introducing participants to the principles and developing the skills necessary to run support groups for various people. The aim of the training is to provide participants with knowledge regarding the specificity of assistance based on participation in support groups and including: practical skills related to recruiting participants, creating a program for a given group, running support groups in a selected convention (groups based on specific program assumptions vs. groups based on the here and now), starting and ending group, group processes, motivation to lead a given group. The training program is based primarily on the knowledge and experience of the trainers, adapted to the conditions of online workshop training.
