Description : Cambridgeshire County Council requires the design and delivery of research to support the effective delivery of falls prevention services. The research will provide the insight necessary to shape and inform the design and delivery of falls prevention services/pathway to improve the uptake of falls prevention interventions and contribute to a reduction in falls and falls risk in older adults living in Cambridgeshire.
