A pre-quotation conference and site visit is scheduled for 3 Sept 2026 at 0900 local time for the purpose of briefing the solication requirements and answering questions. This conference will be held in Building 26 in room 39 at the 139th Airlift wing, 705 Memorial Drive St. Joseph MO, 64503. The site visit will immediately follow the conference.
b. The clauses at FAR 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed.
c. Due to base security requirements, all quoters must register to attend this conference and site visit no later than 28 Aug 2026 at 1:00 PM local time and complete a police records check for all individuals planning to attend. A REAL-ID compliant Government issued identification is required. Please email [email protected] to request a blank form for the police records check.
