This announcement constitutes the only notice that will be published.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price contract to Control Laser Corporation, 5107 Forsyth Commerce Road, Orlando, FL 32807, for the procurement of a FALIT TRIO Laser System and integrated workstation.
This acquisition will be conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302‑1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
The Government requires a FALIT TRIO Laser System capable of high‑accuracy laser marking, engraving, and micromachining operations. The system must include:
High‑precision laser marking, engraving, and micromachining
Integrated multi‑axis motion control
A Class‑1 safety‑certified enclosure
Control Laser-s proprietary FALIT TRIO laser architecture
Control Laser-s proprietary software suite
Full compatibility with existing Government‑owned Control Laser equipment, tooling, job files, and workflows
This system supports mission‑critical operations that rely on the Control Laser ecosystem.
This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source that believes it can meet the requirements may submit a capability statement to Contracting Officer Adelle Bolton at [email protected]. Responses must be received no later than 5:00 PM ET on September 29, 2026, and must clearly show the firm-s ability to provide an equivalent system without compromising compatibility, performance, or proprietary technology requirements. Justification is available upon request.
