Fajsz_Development of social and nursing services In the building created based on the architect's plans, the Municipality intends to establish 3 functional units. In the eastern part of the building, the nursing service and the waiting room will be located, the central part will house the assistance and family and child welfare service providers and the main entrance, and on the west side a multi-functional room will be created, suitable for holding community programs and group sessions. Tea kitchen for employees will be established. The service rooms (washrooms, toilets, mechanical room) are located in the central part of the building. The external wall structure is 30 cm thick. Porotherm NF is made of bricks. In order to comply with the thermal technical parameters, the outer wall structure is 15 cm thick. It must be insulated with EPS or rock wool. The structures must be designed according to the layer order specified in the architect's documentation. Before the commissioning procedure, the final mechanical system of the building and the structures must be checked to see if they match with the values ​​included in the energy calculation prepared for the construction permit plan. According to the consultation with the local water and sewer service provider, of the two water and sewer connections of the property that were formed after the mergers, the former number 62 is currently previous connections are live. The planned building is far from these connections. For the appropriate technical solution, the existing closed connections must be brought back to life based on the negotiations with the service provider...
