Faculty Retreat@EPFL This contract concerns the selection of a location in Switzerland intended to host the EPFL Faculty Retreat, an institutional event bringing together up to 250 participants (professors, MERs and academic executives). THE market includes the provision of suitable infrastructure for a plenary conference and parallel workshops over two consecutive days, as well as the necessary reception, catering, accommodation and logistical support services. at the event. A preparatory event (ANP) bringing together around 50 people is organized the day before the first day; Accommodation for these participants must be provided on the main site. EPFL wishes to establish a collaboration multi-year with the same location in order to guarantee organizational continuity and constant quality of the event.
