DESCRIPTION: The subject of the public procurement includes:
Complex cleaning and maintenance of part of the building stock and its adjacent areas owned by a University of Food Technologies;
Making a 24-hour physical / unarmed / security of the building stock - study buildings and a sports complex, as well as security with available technical means of the contracting authority and a passage of persons on the territory of the buildings.
The services for complex cleaning and maintenance of the building stock are carried out with human and material resources (machines, equipment and devices), which are provided by and at the expense of the contractor.
The services for carrying out 24-hour physical / unarmed / security and crossing arrangements are carried out with human resources provided by and at the expense of the contractor The total approximate volume of buildings and their adjacent open areas owned by UHT is 52 000 m2.
