The Property is located at 3636 Research Road NW, Calgary, AB, T2L 1Y1. The building includes a mix of office space, educational spaces for the operation of junior and senior high schools, and a cafeteria. The building, which was constructed in 2008 and comprises of approximately 250, 000 sq.ft. over five-stories above grade, is currently undergoing a conversion to a dedicated educational hub for several charter schools.
