The procurement is divided into five parts: Part 1: Kannus health center, Lopotinkatu 2, 69100 KannusPart 2: Toholammi Call center and service center Männistö, Sairaalantie 2, 69300 Toholampi Section 3: Tunkkari health center, Mäntöläntie 2, 69700 Veteli Section 4: Kannelma, Kauppisentie 10, 69510 Halsua Section 5: Perho's destinations All sections include cleaning service. Sections four (4) and five (5) include in addition, laundry service. The sub-areas consist of functional units, the relevant unit cards specify the quality class of the space required for each room, basic cleaning tasks and ancillary work. The definitions for the quality classes (A - E) are presented in the appendix "Cleaning cleanliness quality classes". The division of costs between the customer and the producer is described in the division of responsibilities table, which can be found on the unit cards. There is approx. 14, 400 m2 to be cleaned, 5 times a week. Basic cleaning is done once a year in connection with maintenance cleaning work or during shutdowns. The content and units of the service by sub-area are defined in more detail in the request for tenders and its appendices. One service provider is selected for each sub-area. The bidder can submit a bid for one or from several areas. The estimated start date of the contract is January 1, 2027, and the duration of the contract is four (4) years, plus the possibility of a 1+1 year option.
