Tender are invited for Project include clearing, stripping, demolition and removal of debris, renovation to walls, flooring, piping, conduit, wiring and other work necessary to prepare the building for new construction. Improvements include : interior and exterior cleaning and painted walls, flooring, electrical work, plumbing work, appliances, cabinets, lighting fixtures, countertops, vanities, and miscellaneous items.
