Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Facilities Management and Cleaning Services for Lusail City. Brief Description of Services: The Scope of Services for Facilities Management shall include, but not be limited to, Cleaning Services of Roads, Pavements, and Public Realm, Landscaping Services, Pest Control Services, Waste management Services, MEP Services, Building Services and other Services in the Marina and Fox Hills Districts of Lusail City having an area of approximately 4 sq. km.
Eligibility of Tenders: Tenderers or the Lead Joint Venture partner shall have a valid Commercial Registration in Qatar. The company's annual turnover should be a minimum of QAR 30, 000.000 for each of the last 3 years. Tenderer (or any partner of the JV) shall have completed a minimum of two (2) similar Facilities management projects in the GCC during the last five (5) years on large projects, similar in size to Lusail City. Tender Bond Value: QAR 500, 000 (Valid for 180 days from the Tender Closing Date). Tender Fee: A non-refundable Cheque (cash will not be accepted) in the amount of One Thousand Qatari Riyals (QAR 1, 000) made out to Lusail Real Estate Development Company and submitted to the Finance Department of Qatari Diar (located in Lusail Site Offices). Required documents in order to collect the Tender Documents are as follows: Copy of the Company Commercial Registration, Company Authorization letter and ID of the person who will collect the Tender Document. Presentation of the receipt for the tender fee submitted to the Finance Department of Qatari Diar in Lusail Site Office. Completed Confidentiality Undertaking, the specimen form of which shall be collected from the above mentioned office or requested by Fax.
