Request for Proposal (RFP) # 1701164-24This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Toronto Police Service (TPS) to prospective and qualified Proponents to submit proposals for a Facial Recognition (FR) Solution, as further described in this RFP.The TPS will accept submissions for either a Solution with a delivery method of on TPS premise (On-Premise) or Software as a Service (Cloud). Proponents can submit either type of delivery method.
