The property is owned and managed by VAV Asunnot Oy. The works include the renewal of the windows and balcony doors of the apartments, the renewal of the doors (not steel doors) of the public spaces that are limited to the outside air, as well as repairs to the facade and repairs to the balconies attached according to the calculation data. The type of contract is a total contract (main contract). Site services according to YSE § 3 are included in the main contract. The main contractor also acts as the main executor of the project. The procurement is subject to the provisions of Section 96 of the Procurement Act on exceptionally low offers and their possible rejection.
